Skip vat only for two countries

Good afternoon. There is a tax of 5.5%.
For two countries, if the VAT number is valid, you need to skip the tax (i.e. make it 0%). For the rest, it should not have any effect.

Is it possible to do this somehow? We use the paid version of the plugin (mykotroph.de).
