Skip product if data not changed

    Hello,
    I decided to use the new functionality that allows to reduce the import time.
    So I simply activated the “Skip posts if their data in your file has not changed” option.
    I have tried to import the same xml file several times, but the products are updated as before, even if no changes have been made.
    I also tried to create a new JOB, so I made all the entries, then I re-imported the same xml file, but it continues to make updates.

    What am I doing wrong? I forgot something?

    Hi @guardiano78,

    This setting only works when you re-run an import.

    So, for example, if you set up a new import that updates prices for existing products, it’s going to update all of the prices even if they haven’t changed, because WP All Import has not hashed the data yet. However, if you re-run that same import without changing any data, it will skip all of the records. If you update the same import with a new file (see documentation) and re-run it with changes in 3 products, it will skip everything except for those 3 products because they’re the only ones that have changed.

    If this explanation doesn’t help, please replicate the issue on a debug site at https://www.wpallimport.com/debug/ and open a support request at https://www.wpallimport.com/support/ with the details. We’ll need to see the issue in action to understand what’s happening.

    I am having the same problem, none of the current products are not skipped.

    I have the same problem, I do not make any change but all time to data update instead of skip.
    Can someone help me?
