Skip category to single page if there is only one post in category

Hi there.

I’ve been trying to figure this out for some time now and having no luck at all.

Is there any way to bypass a category page if there is only one post in the category. For example. If you visit my website – you come to the category page with one post. I would like to be able to skip this page when the user clicks the link in the left sidebar.

I hope I’ve explained myself properly.
