Skip blank submissions

    Hope you can assist with this question too.

    Some of the fields on our form are optional, so users leave them blank. But we receive long submissions with blank values. Is there a way to skip those? Thanks.

    Thank you for posting your question!
    There surely is a way to remove empty submissions from the email. Let me describe how.

    Firstly edit your form and navigate to Form Options page. Find Email empty fields option under Email Options tab and make sure it is disabled.
