    Great tools… but I need a skills matrix match too. Is there anything in the works for that?

    We are wanting to link not only job postings, but skill sets as well. So an employer who is looking for a specific skill set can search through the candidate lists. Inversely, we want the candidate to be able to search for jobs that match their skill sets as well.

    This isn’t something we offer currently. I do have filter by skill logged as a feature request.

    For jobs though, we do have a tags plugin if you want to tag jobs with the various skills.
