"Skills" block does not show up after publishing

I thought that at first, so I erased it and retyped it word for word. No change.

Hi, you have to provide each skill in a line with its percentage
Example

That’s very strange and not how I want to put forth a skill set for my entire company. Is there any way around this? If you look at “about me” pages for any major company, you’ll see this is not the standard. When I leave it blank, it creates a terrible blank space on the page. This is very frustrating. Should I use a different widget?

I would but I just put everything I needed in the first block. I don’t have time to keep after this. I appreciate your help. Thanks.
