Sketch Theme Featured Content Option Portfolio Feature Not There

    I am trying to set up a Portfolio with Featured Content on a website using Sketch Theme.

    The instructions for the Sketch Theme says:

    Navigate to Customize → Featured Content.

    That option (Featured Content) is not on the menu anywhere.
    Only options are: colors, Header Image, Background Image, Menus, Widgets, Homepage Settings, Additional CSS

    I have no idea if I ticked or unticked a box on some other setting that is preventing this from showing. I have the latest version of Sketch. I am a novice, so may be missing something important.
