"Skeptical" theme

Am thinking of changing to the “Skeptical” theme but have a couple of questions. I do some videos on u-tube and am wondering if I can copy/paste or otherwise use those u-tube videos on this wordpress theme? If so, how do I transfer the video over?? If those same videos can be used at u-tube as well as wordpress then can I still record videos on this particular theme using “Windows Movie Maker” or what other such program?? Thank you for your help!!
