Sizing of Images – Media Gallery- Scaling

    This is a general image question. I had “rating images” done for my book review blog. When I imported them it was obvious that they were too large for what I wanted though they were sized to be 1.52 inches high; but the main problem is the width. So I altered the image via the scale factor that WP has available in the Media Gallery. The problem is now the image is sized properly but it is fuzzy. Does anyone know how these images should be sized for use in WP when created in Adobe Photoshop or Corel Draw.     It depends on what you set your media sizes to be.

    If you set ’em to 230×200 (which is what I use), then you change them to that in your photo edit tool ??

    Go to your domain/wp-admin/options-media.php and see what you set them to.
