Sizing of columns – 1/4 to 3/4

I was wondering if the ability to add rows where the columns are split unevenly are available on the free version or only available on the paid version.
I’m looking to add two columns, one contains and image and a larger column contains text – so a ration of 1/4 and 3/4 would be ideal but I can only seem to do 1/2 and 1/2 or 1/3 and 1/3 and 1/3
