Sizing custom header for f2 theme?

I’m using the f2 theme on my site (www.prettybythebay.com) because it seemed easy to customize. However, I cannot for the life of me figure out how wide the custom header needs to be. The theme allows me to adjust the height of the header within WordPress, but says nothing about the width. Help?
