I pushed products to my store, but some of them mainly hoodies, have no size attached to the product page so customers can’t order the size they want.
Anyone know what I do about this?
Is it a woocommerce issue or Ezusy where I pushed products from?
Really is doing my head in!

Oh, I can see the sizes if I click on “additonal information” but still cant order by clicking on that?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Sounds to me like the product type is not set to ‘variable’ and possibly the attributes aren’t set to be used for variations. I suspect that manually creating a variable product in accordance with the documentation here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/ will yield expected results which would, in turn, answer your question about whether or not this is a WooCommerce issue.

TY but I still don’t understand. My hoodies was set to single product. When I changed to variable it said all sizes & all colors which I thought was correct, but when I clicked on product, it said “this combination not available” so really getting confused now.

When I imported all my products on a previous shopify site, variations were imported so I never had to mess with any of this. Are you saying i have to make each product variations so like black/small, black/medium, black/large, green/small, green/medium, green/large?

Yes, you’d need to create variations for each so you can set the price (even if it’s the same price) to track stock values. You can read how to set this up in the Variable Product Documentation. If the stock doesn’t matter at all, then you could instead use dropdowns generated by Product Add-Ons, though that would require purchasing that extension for the workaround.

    Hi,
    Thanks again.
I contacted the product importer who explained what to do and I now have variations showing on my store.
If I now click on products I get the sizes and colours and the price stays the same.
I am presuming this means I don’t need to bother about the setting up variations now? (The stock is listed automatically)
