    Currently multiple options is not support. Multiple options quickly gets into a lot of complexity if, say, you want S,M,L for red shirts, but S,M,L,XL for blue shirts, etc. If they are truly independent it isn’t too hard though. One (ugly) work-around is just to make a option for each combination:

    s,red
    m,red
    l,red
    s,blue
    …

    I don’t think coding multiple options into a custom template would be too hard. If you are interested in doing that, let me know and I’ll point you to the references files.
