Size zero of chunks doesn't work as expected

I set the size of chunks for the files to 0 (unlimited) but I ended up with tons of chunks instead of one file. I had to set the chunk file 2147483647 MB which seems to be the maximum and after that I got one zip file as I wanted. But why zero doesn’t work as advertised?
