Thanks for the question. We looked at the problem and the problem related with short-code. The same shortcode works on one page. If you want to solve the problem then make a copy of the gallery and put another shortcode on the page. Your question will be so resolved.

But Our team will try to resolve the issue. If on the page and in the widget is the same gallery. We think the problem will be solved in the next version.

But I don’t understand what you mean with “copy of the gallery and put another shortcode in the page”. Well, i put another one bottom the first one, and the result is the same. The screen displayed is to small.

You have created one gallery in the “Video Manager”. And the shortcode was put on the site and the same gallery was set up in the widget, right?

When on the same page shows the same gallery so the problem related with a pop-up and a load more. So please make a copy of the gallery from “Video Manager” and you will have another shortcode there. Please, put that shortcode on the page.

Well i think i did what you suggest :

– I’ve clicked on “copy” (the orange sheet) from my gallery in Video Manager
– I’ve open the new identical gallery and copied the new shortcode
– I’ve replaced the old shortcode ([Total_Soft_Gallery_Video id=”1″]) by the new one ([Total_Soft_Gallery_Video id=”5″]. There is no another shortcode in the page.

Same result, with another shortcode.
Any idea ?

To solve your problem, edit the plugin’s Widget.php file. Please, find this code: It’s located in 82-nd line.

echo $ before_widget;

After the previous code, put this code

$ Total_Soft_Gallery_Video = rand (1,1000);

Sorry, I have the Gallery pro version but if you can’t find how to fix the Elementor (pro) compatibility, I am soon have to be refunded from this plug-in in a few days. Let me know if this issue is solvable in very short-term.
