I’m new to this plugin and have encountered a few challenges.

    1. The size of the export file is 3 times bigger than other backup plugins I use. With other backup plugins, the size of the file is around 200 – 300 MB but with AIOWP is almost 700MB.

    2. It is often stuck at 100% and even with increasing of post and upload size, it doesn’t work all the time. However, it will miraculously work after several attempts.

    3. Sometimes after the import, it has this error There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. It leads to reseting, re-uploading the files and restarting the whole process again.

I’m using cpanel. Are there some settings I have to enable for this plugin to work?

I would also like to know what is the average time to import a file size of 700MB? For instance, it has been almost an hour and it is stuck in the process of activating mu-plugins. The site has only 12 plugins.

Usually, this means that there is a plugin/theme compatibility issue with the new platform.
What you need to do is enable WP_DEBUG in wp-config then refresh the page and see what error is shown. Disable the plugin/theme or update it.
Sometimes it is just a php module missing like libcurl or libzip that needs to be enabled. The error message will tell you what plugin or theme is the issue.
