    Hello,
thanks for this theme. I’m testing it at the moment and think it matches pretty well our needs.

    Some questions:

When writing a post there are different formats for the author to chose, but that does not influence the way the post is displayed on the site. What is the idea of using the formats in the theme ?

A large featured image is not resized on the site. Is there something I need to configure to have the image shown in a reasonable size ? Under ‘Theme Settings’ in the post’s edit page I can chose between image size default, no image or large. Which is not really helping…
I’d like featured images reduced automatically. Is that possible with your theme ?

  • Hello,

    Sorry for the late response,
    To answer you first question,

Yes there are different formats to choose from and yes that is shown on the site clearly when you visit the detailed view of the post/page directly, not on the featured news posts etc.

And yes the theme does crop the featured image of the posts but that option is not provided on the free version. The free version only allows the large size of the featured image on single post/page.

But the pro version provides multiple cropping option for the featured image on single post/page.

If you want more dedicated and swift support on the theme, please visit the theme’s official support forum where the theme’s official support team are stand by to answer each and every one of your questions.

    Hi,
    thanks for your answer.
Strange, I don’t see any difference with the different post formats. I have tried them all and compared the result (on post detailed view) but I get identical pages. What difference am I supposed to see ?

    Hello,

We are sorry, we were a little bit confused by your query but post formats might not have an eye catching difference but they are used to provide different CSS classes that can help in customization of the posts for different users.

But sorry to say that they do not have any distinct difference other than some small ones.

    We hope it helps,
    Best regards.

    OK got it.
So all it does is change a css class and it’s up to me to style it…
    thanks
