    Hi, please use below code in your Custom CSS:
    .rd-col-lg-4 {
    height: 340px;
    width: 33.333%;
    }
    See your Wrapper section is Full width of Page as a result your items Showing with Full Width of page,
    Remember: hover items automatically set with current page width.

    just use hover items in container/wrapper as like as you want. If you unable to add this then we will happy to help you.
