Size and color of depth_2 and depth_2

Kathryn, Thanks a lot for your very quick reply. Yes, it’s the site kleinesonne.de for which I require help.

If you click on the first link below “Themengebiete”, the link with “Baby & Babypflege-Tipps”, further links to the second level pages appear, for example “Alkohol in der Schwangerschaft” – and they all look the same.

I would like to have

a) the second level links like “Alkohol in der Schwangerschaft” in a little differt color and
b) the actual site in a further color.

Is that possible with Css or otherwise?

Let me know if you want me to add a Google Translation button ??

Thanks for explaining more what you’re trying to do.

What about something like this custom CSS? This will make the sub-items like “Alkohol in der Schwangerschaft” a different colour (of course you can use whatever colour code you like) and indent them slightly.

I’m still not quite sure what you mean by “the actual site” – could you give me a real example of words that you want to target with a second colour?

p.s. Don’t edit the theme files directly, otherwise your changes will be overwritten whenever the theme is updated.

An easy way to add custom CSS is to install the Jetpack plugin and activate the Custom CSS module. You’ll then add your custom CSS in the new stylesheet editor that’ll appear in your dashboard, under Appearance > Edit CSS.

As alternatives, you could either install a standalone custom CSS plugin, or create a child theme.

Kathryn, thanks a lot for your explanations. I will keep this theme for my “real” blogs like blog.kleinesonne.de, but for an intensively used CMS it does not really meet my personal requirements.
