Hi Dave,
that video explains what’s happening but I can’t say much without knowing what’s happening in background. Can you see what’s happening in Firebug console? Or Chrome has built in console (press F12) and there should be some errors there or answer from AJAX request which saves the settings.

killerdeveloper, you are correct. The colors are being saved but not the font. My main goal is to change the font for the twenty eleven header.

Try the new 4.92 version, which fixes many bugs and also won’t erase your settings on update anymore.

Thanks Killerdeveloper. I tried 4.92 and this came up on the right hand side. (see link) The font does come up though but on save it reverts back to standard font.
