site/wp-admin Acces Denied

  • I have a new site I am trying to bring up. It is on a dattatec server i think, i’m not sure of the name. Anyways, I have created a new database and I created a new folder and copied the wordpress files into that folder. When i go to the

    https://”site”/wp-admin/plugins.php?activate=true

    I get:

    403 – Forbidden: Access is denied.
    You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied

    Any idea what I am missing?
