Sitewide Credentials

  • Is there a way this plugin can be configured to authenticate sitewide so users don’t need to input individual username/passwords? For a site this plugin is used on, there are multiple editors but we don’t want to distribute the main Getty credentials to each user.

    @bengreeley – Great question! I can understand how this could be useful. This isn’t something we currently have planned but we’ll look into it more internally and see if there’s a solution. Out of curiosity, how do you handle it on the GettyImages.com website or do the editors for this site not download imagery from the website at all?

    Thanks for the reply Karissa! Editors for the site don’t download imagery from the website at all – they only use the Getty plugin. This sort of enhancement would definitely be helpful for a future enhancement. Thanks again!
