Sites with HTTPS throws “Mixed Content” error when loading script file

If the site uses HTTPS when loading model-viewer JS file it throws “Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://localhost:8080/index.php/2021/08/05/hello-world/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script ‘https://localhost:8080/wp-content/plugins/3d-viewer/public/js/model-viewer.min.js’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.” error.
