    Hi,

I had the plugin installed in my MainWP site, and one of the child sites. That site appears in the drop down on the main site. Now, after I installed the plugin on several other sites, I see them in the logs on the main site, but they are not appearing in the drop down menu. I tried settings but could not find anything that would relate to it.

    Any hint?

    Thank you

    Hello wp800s!

I am sorry to hear about this experience!

In order to be 100% sure that we are on the same page on this, can you confirm that the actual problem is that you cannot see new websites added as MainWP Child sites in the WP Activity Log dropdown (from the MainWP Dashboard site)?

If so, a few questions and suggestions below:

    1. Is everything running on the latest version 5.2.1 on all websites? This is very important and I wanted to confirm this with you first.
    2. Can you send me a screenshot highlighting the dropdown problem as well as a few examples of logs coming from multiple other sites (and not just one) on Activity Log page? This will help us better visualize the problem and try observe any “hidden small details” that may help with this

Be sure to censor/hide any sensitive info from the screenshots before adding them here on the forums.

    3. I would also suggest using the “Retrieve Activity Log” button a few times and see if that makes any difference?

    4. What about trying to deactivate and reactivate the plugins once again on all subsites? It might be just a syncing problem which can get easily fixed like this.

    5. Last but now least, in order to avoid any potential edge-case conflicts, let’s make sure this option is set to “No” on all websites where WP Activity Log is installed. This can be found in Settings -> Advanced Settings page – see pic

Let me know how it goes! I am looking forward to hearing back from you on this.

    Many thanks
