Sites mixing tawk.to accounts

  • Hello,

    I run 2 sites with tawk.to on them. Weird thing is this:

    Site 1:
    – I go to Settings / Tawk.to / login / Select property / Save / Logout

    I then go to Site 2. Site 2 is on a different server.

    Site 2:
    – I go to Settings / Tawk.to / login / Select property / Save / Logout

    I then go back to site 1 to settings etc… And I see the property from site 2 not site 1… 2 websites, 2 different tawk.to accounts. The only common thing is the browser… And I don’t see how it can mix both accounts………

    Any ideas?

    Hello,

    Could you please confirm you’re using the latest version of the plugin?

    This was an issue on an old version of the plugin that stored sessions in the browser, though the latest version should have that resolved.

    Please confirm you’re using the very latest version?

    Yes, using the latest version and even deleted the plugin, reinstalled thinking it might “fix” a setting.
