SiteOrigin Slider not working on MOBILE

  • Hi,

    My SiteOrigin Slider works fine on desktop, but on mobile devices it looks as if no widget was ever even placed in the space. No pictures, nothing. I have checked 5-6 different devices in different locations. Please help, thanks

    Still need help on this issue.

    Also, I noticed the drop down main menu on my mobile version is not easily visible or usable since you have to scroll to the right AFTER you drop down. Only then can you access the arrows that enable submenu items.
