• Hey,

My maps were not showing at frontend (blank space). I identified that when siteorigin plugin is disabled, the maps show.

BUT.. I am using the site-origin editor for my pages and posts, so when it is disabled, i cannot edit pages this way.. How can i solve this issue while keeping bot plugins active?

    Thanks

Hmmm… most likely they have enqueued the Google Maps JS API as well and that’s creating the conflict. But I just tested that locally and had no problem displaying my maps with the SiteOrigin Page Builder active.

Can you provide a link to a page on your site where you’re using Maps Builder so I can see the problem live?

Hey, so the plugin that was having the conflict was siteorigin widgets. I activated the Page Builder plugin (which I actually use), and there is no conflict after disabling the SO widgets plugin.

I don’t actually use that widget plugin anymore on my website, so for me this no longer a problem, but the conflict between them is real ?? site origin widgets has a maps widget, so probably that’s why te problem appeared.

    Tnx

    Ah,

Just realized, page builder is working with maps builder. But I need also the Site-Origin Editor, which now I cannot use.. If site-origin widget bundle is activated, maps are not showing. If it is deactivated, again it’s a problem, bcz I really need the editor widget.. help? ??

Can you provide me with a link to the “Site-Origin Editor” that you’re referring to? Do you mean their Page Builder? I need to replicate the problem in order to help you with a solution. Thanks!

    hey, sure,

here is the link to their bundle. Meantime, I downloaded another Visual Editor and deactivated the so widget bundle.. the site works, but i cannot edit the former posts which use the visual editor from the bundle.

    cheers!

I tested that as well. I can’t find any conflicts with any of the Site-Origin plugins and Maps Builder. Is it possible the conflict comes from your theme instead?
