SiteOrigin page Builder which starter theme (n00b question)

I’m sorry for this obviously n00b question but I’m going round in circles. I’d like to have a home page that is *solely* the content of the page builder… no header, menu etc…I want everything managed from within the page builder interface. So, I’m looking for a simple ‘blank’ theme so that I can go to the SiteOrigin pre-built layouts, insert that layout (replace all content) and only that content is on screen.

I notice that SiteOrigin have a “Layout Viewer” theme they use on their website but I can’t see a download/install link for that theme anywhere.

I have the Vantage Premium theme in case that’s helpful but any ideas how to move forward would be great.
