OK, now the “Choose media” button in the SiteOrigin widget is not woking. I click it and it dose nothing. But still have the other problem.

There is obviously some kind of conflict. I only have 4 plugins total. and two of them are Site Origin plugins. I deactivate them each to test, but nothing.

Some help on this would be great

I recommend this plug-in to a lot of people in the WordPress meet-ups I go to, but now I have to refrain from that.

    Hi bay-fish.com

Sorry to hear about the hassle. Please, try the following tests:

    1. If there are any updates at Dashboard > Updates, run them.
    2. Temporarily deactivate all non-SiteOrigin plugins at once.
    3. Re-test.
    4. If the issue is solved, re-activate your plugins one by one, running a test after each activation.
    5. If the issue is not resolved, switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen with all non-SiteOrigin plugins de-activated and re-test.

I realise you’ve done a test very close to this. The above is a complete version.

    6. If all of the above fail. Please, check for JS errors when clicking the Add Media button in the SO Editor widget:
