Siteorigin Hero widget issue

    Hi there, I am using the Bento premium theme along with some SiteOrigin widgets/pagebuilders. Specifically, the SiteOrigin Hero widgets only display correctly when I’m logged into the site’s wordpress admin area. The styling of the hero widget displays correctly when logged out. Is this something anyone has seen before?

    p.s: I realise there could be any number of variables causing this error, browser incompatibility, other plugins, siteorigin plugins themselves. I’ve searched the fourm to see if anyone else came across this before posting, unfortunately to no avail.

    thanks you for choosing Bento! The website looks like this on my machine – is it missing something? If yes, could you please post a screenshot of how it should look? Thank you!

    Hi Satoristudio, Thanks for getting back to me, it has rectified itself. The way it is is the way it is meant to be. Previously, the stying applied to the typography in the coloured boxes weren’t being picked up when logged out only when logged into the site. If it happens again I’ll get back to you. All the best.

    Hi Satori Studio,

    I visited the site this morning, and it seems the display is now incorrect again. Please see screenshot link here. Can you advise please, as it’s quite sporadic when it happens? Thanks

    There’s something wrong with the videos embedded on this page – as a starting point, could you please try removing them all and seeing if the styling returns to normal?
