    Hey there,

unfortunately I don’t see anymore the slide “PageBuilder” – just the two “visuell” and “text”. Does anyone has an idea what could be reason for it ?

Regarding the posts I created in the past – everything is still there in the frontend, but I am not able to edit them in backend ??

Using newest pagebuilder version and wordpress version

    Kind regards and many thanks

Same here. I updated the software to the latest version and I can not edit old post nor can I create new ones.

I suspect we should be seeing a new update once y’all discover what happened.

I am having the same issue. All text is even coming up in a white space. I am also unable to switch between text and visual.

    Hi Everyone,

Would you mind running a quick plugin conflict test? This is the most likely cause for this issues you’re experiencing. Do not save any changes to your page while this issue is occurring or you may lose your page builder data for that page.

You can start by disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue. You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins. So just to confirm, double check if the issue is coming up while all other plugins are disabled.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue. Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

You could also try temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Sixteen. Default WordPress themes are generally very light weight which lowers the chance that they’ll conflict with plugins, so they’re a good way to test if your original theme is the source of the issue.

    Thank you sir alexgso (@alexgso)

Sure enough. You said —>> You can start by disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue. <<—

I did what you advise and found that the plugin “Awesome Fontawesome Collection” breaks SiteOrigin.

    Thank you, sir!

    Shalom
