{sitename} tag doesn’t display in Purchase Receipt heading

    Hi,

    I’m testing the EDD purchase receipt and when I use the {sitename} tag, it works fine in the body of the email, but it doesn’t display in the heading – i.e. it displays ‘{sitename}’ instead of the actual name of the site.

    I’ve entered it manually for now, but do you know what could be causing this issue?

    At the moment I’m not sure if this is just an oversight or a bug. But I can definitely replicate the behavior. I can’t think of any reason why the tag wouldn’t be allowed there. So let me chat with the team to see if there was a reason for it. Then I will get back to you. Thanks for your patience.

    I’m just letting you know we have plans to add this to EDD 2.8. None of the email tags are designed to work in the Heading but there’s no particular reason for that. So we’ll get it fixed up. Sorry for the inconvenience!
