sitename not not showing up in emails

Probably a simple problem – but been driving me nuts all day.
Noticed first with the password reset option. When the user got the password reset email – the link did not contain the site name, just /my-account/lost-password/key= etc etc.

The templates all contain <sitename> variables, but it isn’t getting populated.

Where do you set the sitename? I would assume it was read from the settings/general on the wordpress site, but is there somewhere special for woo commerce?
