%%sitename%% and %%sitedesc%% pushed on Homepage

    Hi all,

    It seems that %%sitename%% ? %%sitedesc%% is being pushed on my homepage (https://www.paulolyslager.com), so the variables are not being translated. I have the same problems for https://www.paulolyslager.com/page/2/. It does not seem to happen on the other pages such as category, tag and article pages.

    The “Titles and Metas” section has not changed in the recent past. I do not even use the variables in the input fields underneath the Homepage tab.

    In the source code of the homepage I receive “<meta property=”og:title” content=”%%sitename%% ? %%sitedesc%%”/>”

    Would anyone have an idea what is going on? I tried to google the problem, but only found an issue from January 2015 without stating the solution.

    Fixed. It seems that the variables, such as %%sitename%%, are not usable when used in the front page section of the social implementation (such as Facebook).
