Sitemap XML – SEO FW v other

    Hi There,

    I have a business directory. Installed another SEO plugin to check something.

    Google says SEO FW sitemap xml had

    16 links

    New one 13000 links – it was obviously not indexing each listing, although site map had links in there and it was set to index index ‘business’ CPT but that is a big difference?

    Any ideas, maybe a paid feature not sure – ?

    To be honest I was trying this out versus other plugins – is it designed for directory type listings, ??

    Howdy! Sorry for the delay; I’ve had a busy week.

    I’m not sure how you set up the business directory.

    If you use a plugin, it may inject itself into the sitemap of other SEO plugins. But, if it actually adheres to WordPress’s API, TSF should be able to automatically pick up on all the businesses and link to them via its sitemap — provided that search engines may index the businesses.

    If you have some extra information for me, such as which plugin you used or a direct link to the site in question, I can help you figure this out with a more bespoke reply, which I promise to be quicker about than this one ??
