    When uploading sitemap Google search console says that sitemap is in html language.

    Switching off Dynamically Generate Sitemap
    Does generate only 404 page without sitemap.

    You should have Dynamically Generate Sitemap enabled and you should make sure that there are no sitemap.xml files in the web root of your server and then try adding your XML Sitemap in Google Search Console again. That error is usually wrong and usually goes away after resubmitting the sitemap.
