Sitemap with 1000 and more posta

    I have problem with sitemap. My wordpress has about 1500 posts (custom post type). Yoast seo sitemap generator split sitemap with this posts into 2 sitemaps. The problem is that both of this sitemaps contains same posts, so I have 2 same sitemaps with first 1000 posts. Is there anything that I miss or that I have to check in options?

    I’ve try to extend number of items in sitemap to 2000, but then sitemap stop generate properly.
    Any ideas?
