Sitemap url 404 error on GWT, how can i fix?

    Hy guys. I was using this plugin to create my sitemap but now i decided to switch to another one but…i have now 7 404 error missing url on my GWTools.

    sitemap-pt-page-2015-10.html
    sitemap-pt-page-2015-09.html
    …

    Can someone please help me to fix this? i can do a simple 301 redirect that point to the new url or maybe there is a simple way?
