Sitemap plugin stops new plugins being added to the site

Hi there, I’ve had to deactivate the plugin on two sites I run as it’s stopping the add new plugin page from loading. Page just freezes in whitespace.

These are older sites, I think around version 4.7-4.8 not sure if that is relevant
