Hello, everything was fine, but since I added a Real Estate plugin my site now has large numbers of pages. When I view site map, it does not load, I get 504 error. I have enabled Sitemap Indexes and set to 1000 and even 5000 ( https://prnt.sc/ot4j90 ). Google only shows as 1 discovered URL while Bing shows 100K. My performance memory is set to 256mb, execution time “default”. I don’t think its a plugin conflict as it was working when I only had a few properties on the site, issue came once a large number of properties were added. Any suggestions? Thank You

Since you haven’t shared the URL to your sitemap there isn’t much to go on.

    Things to try:
-Set your posts per sitemap page to something lower than 5000, even as low as 500.
-Increase PHP memory, 512 minimum. (Do it in your config file and/or at the host level if you have access.)
    -Increase PHP execution time.
    -Check “Exclude Images”
-If you’re on shared hosting, switch to a faster hosting environment.

Thank you, I tried all the options and does not load. I deactivated the Real Estate plugin and the the site map appears. So its as if with all the properties, the plugin can not generate that much. Not sure if Im correct or if its a plugin conflict with the Real Estate plugin

Im on VPS, host not an issue, php settings as you recommended, sitemap page settings to 500..
