    Dear Support team,

We are using Rank Math SEO plugin for our WordPress site and we have followed the instructions from this official article https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-sitemap-issues/ to configure NGINX for sitemap generation. However, we still see an error message on the dashboard that says:

ErrorSince you are using an NGINX server, you may need to add the following code to your configuration file if your Sitemap pages are not loading. If you are unsure how to do it, please contact your hosting provider. Click here to see the code

We have checked the sitemap pages and they are loading fine, but the error message persists. We have also tried clearing the browser cache and restarting NGINX, but it did not help.

We have attached a screenshot of the error message for your reference. Please advise us on how to remove this error from the dashboard.

    Thanks!

    Hello @rupeshjorkar,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

The notice is shown to all websites that run on Nginx servers as Rank Math cannot detect whether the issue has been fixed.

However, you can click the “I already added” link on the notice to stop seeing it.

If it still shows after that, then clear your website’s cache and transients in Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Clear Transients.

    Hope that helps.
