    Side note: There are no tickets here, there are no customers here. There are users of free open source plugins who are raising topics.

    Please don’t call them “tickets” it just perpetuates the wrong idea here.

    You are right, I am sorry: English isn’t my native language and didn’t know that the word “ticket” is used strictly for business.

    Hi, the Process!

    That was a very long time ago, and since the latest update, things have indeed changed drastically.

    For the best results, you should simply apply “noindex” to all replies. That will remove the individual reply-pages from SERP as well as from the sitemap. The regular forum pages and topics should still work as intended.

    You can find this option under
    “SEO Settings > Robots Meta Settings > Indexing > Post Type Settings”
