Sitemap fail to load ERROR 504

Hi, we are using YOAST with NEWS paid plugin, but as ive read in this support forum, we are another website with problems generating SITEMAPS. In our case, we get a 504 and cannot create it. We had to change the setting to deactivate YOAST Sitemaps XML generation. and we are really sorry also thinking about asking for our money back if this does not gets resolved.

We even tried to rise PHP execution to 240 segundos, but we were still getting the same error that really made our website slow and problematic also.

We think this is due to problems within the plugin, are we would love to fix it so we can still use YOAST and paying for the NEWS plugin (that generates a xml)
