Sitemap – Excluding all posts from one category doesn’t work

Hi AIOSP Team,
I’ve tried to exclude all posts from category ID 2285 from my sitemap. Unfortunately the option in Sitemap / Exclude Terms doesn’t work for my, and all posts from that category are still visible in my sitemap.
