Sitemap error in GWT

Hello,
I’m using the last version of WP SEO on WP 3.6.
I enabled sitemaps and added https://www.domain.com/sitemaps-index.xml in Google Webmaster Tools. It says:
“Your Sitemap appears to be an HTML page. Please use a supported sitemap format instead.”
Anyone had the same issue?
