    Hello,

    At first, I have been alerted that my sitemap wasn’t readable anymore, containing an error caused by Wordfence – looking like this :
    “[0] => SELECT * FROM 8wi_wfblocks7 WHERE IP = ‘\0\0\0\0\0\0\0\0\0\0?”

    After checking Wordfence, I have seen that the scan couldn’t be launched anymore – scan is “forking”.

    In Worfence “Diagnostics” section :
    – “Connecting back to this site” is marked as OK.
    – “Connecting back to this site via IPv6” is marked as : wp_remote_post() test back to this server failed! Response was: cURL error 7: Failed to connect to [domain] port 443 after 0 ms: Couldn’t connect to server

    As my host is CloudFlare, I have consulted the following thread and applied all the solutions suggested :

    Meaning I have :
    – Turned on the option : “Use only IPv4 to start scans”
    – Turned on the option : “Use the Cloudflare “CF-Connecting-IP” HTTP header to get a visitor IP. Only use if you’re using Cloudflare.
    – Authorized in CloudFlare the IP addresses used by my server
    – Authorized in CloudFlare the Wordfence IP addresses

    Even after doind so, the scan still won’t start, and the Sitemap still shows an error.

    How can I send you a report for checking further the situation ?

    Hello Again,

    I have cleaned what I could (unnecessary plugins, unactivated themes, etc) and the sitemap error I mentioned has gone.

    Unfortunately, even with this cleaning, WordFence still won’t start a scan.

    Strangely enough, even almost 24 hours after having “authorized” the IP addresses in CloudFlare, nothing has changed on the WF side (i.e. the cURL error 7 is still present).

    Could you help me with that?
    Should I send you a detailed report?

    Hi @clementdouillet1, thanks for the updated information.

    By all means send a diagnostic to us at wftest @ wordfence . com directly using the link at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email
