    Hello,

I want to exclude a page from my sitemap, so I went to the Yoast box on that page and selected NO on “Allow search engines to show this Page in search results?”

Then I went to the plugin configuration, and deactivated/reactivated the sitemap feature.

The website isn’t using caching plugin, and I’m not detecting caching at the server lever.

Still, the page that I want to exclude from the sitemap is still appearing.

    How can I solve this?

    Thanks.

@gmr1970 Can you please provide us with the URL of the page that you are trying to remove from the sitemap?

Also, is this a standard page or post? If not, can you please let us know how the page is created?

Also, if you’ve already tried disabling/re-enabling the sitemaps feature and are still not seeing the sitemap update, it could also be caused by a conflict with another plugin or theme that is interfering with the Yoast SEO plugin. We have a guide on performing a conflict check here: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts

I’m trying to exclude the check out page. It’s a normal page with just a woocommerce shortcode.

You’ll find here the URLs that I’m trying to remove. It’s a multilingual site: https://www.spiritofpolo.com/page-sitemap.xml

    Hello @gmr1970!

We checked the source code of both your French and Spanish checkout pages, and it shows that the noindex tags aren’t coming from the Yoast SEO plugin. Can you please perform a conflict check? The fastest way to do this is to?deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme?like?Twenty Nineteen.?

Please test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin. You may follow the steps here: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts
