Sitemap does not index post directly

  • WordPress version: 3.5.1
    WordPress SEO version: 1.4.6

    I expected the plugin to do this:
    After publishing a post or page the sitemap should be triggerd en put the page/post directly in the sitemap. The sitemap must be purged after a new blog or page post.

    Instead it did this:

    The sitemap doesnt do this on a consequent basis, now you must wait a day or it doesn’t a pear at all.

    UPDATE: The posts are indexed in the sitemap under a older date :-S. Im gonna us another plugin.
