Sitemap automatically submitted to bing and google

Hi there,

Could you please help me out with 2 questions:
(1) May I know how come I do not see the notify Bing and notify Google options in my plug-in? On your website the screenshots provided seem to indicate that those options should be available –> https://imgur.com/a/VNyiu
(2) How do I check whether changes have been submitted by the plugin to both Google and Bing?
