    All my map sites have been on page 404 for a few days, so I made a few changes a few days ago on the Rank Math plugin and other plugins.

    Can you help me?

    I think I found the problem, I activated an option on Wordfence a few days ago that I put you below after having disabled it seems to work again.

    Protection Level
    Basic WordPress Protection: The plugin will load as a regular plugin after WordPress has been loaded, and while it can block many malicious requests, some vulnerable plugins or WordPress itself may run vulnerable code before all plugins are loaded.

    Please put Wordfence into learning mode and then access the Sitemap files and the pages related to it.
